Nudino

"Nudino" was a school project I worked on during my first year of school. The assignment for this project was to develop an arcade game. Nudino is centered around a character who resides within an arcade machine. The name "Nudino" is derived from the Romanian translation of "Not again." The combination of the engaging storyline and captivating gameplay resulted in the creation of a visually appealing pixel art arcade game that was both enjoyable and entertaining.

What did I do?

Throughout this project, my primary takeaway was the significance of fun and humor. Given my primary focus on game design, I had the opportunity to delve into team leadership and presentation skills. I placed great emphasis on ensuring that everyone within our group had an enjoyable experience and that we collectively made sound decisions. I volunteered to handle all the presentations, which allowed me to learn the art of delivering an effective pitch. Recognizing the importance of keeping a presentation engaging by minimizing the use of text proved to be highly valuable. The game's design itself taught me fundamental principles of arcade game design.
